Terms of Service

Intermediary status. Vendly provides a marketplace to connect Event Organisers and Vendors. We are not an auctioneer, an event planner, or a party to any transaction.

The contract of sale. When a Vendor books a stall, a binding legal contract is formed directly between the Vendor and the Organiser. Vendly is not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of the event.

Service fee. We charge a 10% platform fee from the Organiser's final payout.

Stripe Connect. Payments are processed via Stripe. By using our site, Organisers also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Refunds. Organisers are solely responsible for setting their refund policy. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser must initiate refunds through the platform.

AI matching. We use automated systems (AI) to suggest events to Vendors. These are suggestions only and do not guarantee a booking or event success.

Document Vault. Vendors are responsible for the validity of uploaded documents (PLI, DBS, Cyber Essentials, etc.). Vendly does not verify the legal sufficiency of these documents.
